Pricing..

Prices and descriptions of items on this site should be used as a guide and DewDrop Craftz reserve the right to alter these without notice.

All prices on DewDrop Craftz website are inclusive of UK delivery. For international orders please email for shipping costs.

Payment..

Payment is made via the Paypal checkout facility that allows orders to be paid for via credit/debit card or Paypal balance - although no account has to be held for credit/debit card payments.
Payment via cheque or postal order (UK orders only) are accepted.. please order as usual.. print out the basket and post with your payment made payable to 'N Raven' to the address on the contact us page.

Paypal is a secure method of payment and your card details are not passed on to DewDrop Craftz in any way.

Please note.. DewDrop Craftz cannot be held responsible for duplicated orders or misordered products.. please check your basket before proceeding to checkout..

Delivery..

All products on this site are dispatched within 2 working days but please take into consideration that DewDrop Craftz is run by one person.. (namely myself) and that on occasion this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond my control..
I will email should this occur and therefore please understand that if your items cannot be dispatched within that time you have the right to cancel your order. Although it is stated two working days.. I do aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (please allow for weekends..)

Delivery is made via Royal Mail, 1st Class.. Online pricing quotes UK postage only.. therefore please bear this in mind for international orders and please obtain a shipping quote prior to purchase.

Returns/Refunds..

DewDrop Craftz will accept returns at no extra cost to yourself in the event of an error on our behalf and return postage will be refunded..
However.. if you wish to return an item due to any other reason.. you will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and return postage will be covered by yourself, making sure the item reaches us in the same condition as when it left us.

Refunds must be in the original, unopened packaging that it was received in for a refund to be released and must be returned within 7 days after first contacting DewDrop Craftz to authorise the return.
Refunds of authorised returns will be credited to your account within 28 days.

Cancellations..

You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days, although please bear in mind that most items on the site are dispatched as soon as possible and therefore cancellation if necessary would be appreciated within 8 hours. Note, some items may have already been dispatched and in this case we will send a SAE for the items return.

Complaints..

At DewDrop Craftz it is our best interest to resolve any issues immediately.. complaints will be dealt with within a reasonable time and you will be emailed acknowledgement of the complaint.

Liability..

Dewdrop Craftz cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred directly or indirectly to yourself or a third party for failure to meet a deadline.. delivery times are estimated and once in the hands of the postal system items are no longer in my control. DewDrop Craftz cannot be held responsible for losses or damages to yourself or a third party from using our products directly or indirectly.
